ENDURANCE CONTINUES SUPPORT FOR GOOGLE’S LET’S PUT OUR CITIES ON THE MAP INITIATIVE

Burlington, MA – Endurance International Group (NASDAQ: EIGI), a leading provider of cloud-based platform solutions to help small and medium-sized businesses succeed online, today announced the continuation of its work with Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) for the Let’s Put Our Cities on the Map initiative for another year. This innovative program helps U.S. small businesses develop an online presence to make the most of the web, by putting their business information online so that their customers and the local community can find and support them. To get small businesses started, the Let’s Put Our Cities on the Map program provides them with a free customized domain and web hosting services for one year through StartLogic, an Endurance International Group brand.

Through StartLogic, Let’s Put Our Cities on the Map provides users with a free website and domain name for one year. Additionally, the program provides each city with a custom website where local businesses can find helpful resources, including a new diagnostic tool that shows businesses how they appear on Google Search and Google Maps. The program also provides a step-by-step guide for getting online with Google My Business.

Let’s Put Our Cities on the Map helps small businesses create an online presence in order to stay relevant. A Google study found that four out of five people use search engines to find local information, such as business hours and addresses, and research shows that businesses with complete listings are twice as likely to be considered reputable by customers. Consumers are 29% percent more likely to consider purchasing from businesses with complete listings.  Since 2011, more than 327,000 U.S. small businesses have participated in the Let’s Put Our Cities on the Map program.
